Biography

I'm Holli,
I picked up my first camera in my early teens, encouraged by my father. It wasn't until 2018 that I finally decided to photograph professionally, working across a range of mediums, including medium and large-format analogue photography and contemporary digital imaging.
I have lived and worked on the Isle of Wight for over a decade, drawing inspiration from the island’s landscape and coastline whenever time allows.
In 2024 I graduated from Solent University with a First Class BA (Hons) in Photography, receiving both the Heads of Department Prize and the Rosie Maguire Memorial Award.
In 2025, I completed a Master’s degree in Visual Communication, graduating with Distinction.
I have found my academic journey to be invaluable, fostering professional curiosity and expanding the conceptual framework of my practice.
Alongside this, I bring experience from a successful and varied earlier career, using these insights to add depth and value to my current projects.
